Eeeeeeels !!!!!!!!!


How bizarre. Green strapping tape removed from the Selva sidewalk reminds me of the eels I saw in Tokyo. When I inquired about their origin the owner said something in Japanese that made my daughter-in-laws eyes widen. Vivi , she whispered, these eels come from Green Cove Springs....30 miles from our home. Sad that we have water around us suitable for developing such delicacies and we allow plastic pollution. Take Good Care of My Baby

Yes, I know it was Bobby Vee who sang this, but  it became an "earworm" when I picked up the blue plastic pacifier on Sherry Ave. I know a good mom doesn't pick it up off the street and put it back in the baby's mouth, but perhaps she could pick it up and carry it home or put it in the recycle bin if she considered it uber foul. Perhaps, the mom talking on her cell, with the two leaping dogs AND the baby didn't notice the pacifier was gone.
