What's in the Red Bed?

The fishing gurus say that some redfish spend an entire year in the same shallow pools. I wonder what the fish think if this plastic  detritus floats into their "home'? All of this was found on sidewalks in a four mile beach loop. Starfish folk, please grab plastic pieces.

Take Good Care of My Baby

Yes, I know it was Bobby Vee who sang this, but  it became an "earworm" when I picked up the blue plastic pacifier on Sherry Ave. I know a good mom doesn't pick it up off the street and put it back in the baby's mouth, but perhaps she could pick it up and carry it home or put it in the recycle bin if she considered it uber foul. Perhaps, the mom talking on her cell, with the two leaping dogs AND the baby didn't notice the pacifier was gone.
